What do I have to do to return an item?
The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Contact me at kokosoko@koko-soko.com and specify the reason for the return and the order number.

What is the deadline to make a return?
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
If the reason for the return is for any reason attributable to Koko-Soko (you receive the wrong product, the part is damaged, etc.), I will bear all costs (shipping included).
In the event that the return is made for reasons beyond the control of Koko-Soko (changes in size, color or other characteristic, due to a change of mind or an error on the part of the customer), the buyer will bear the shipping costs generated. The amount returned will be that of the products purchased.
How will I receive my refund?

After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.
Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank, but in any case it will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days from receipt of the product.
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
Warranty
The warranty period is two years from the date of receipt of the product.
During the first six months from receipt of the product, it will be sufficient for you to show that the product is defective or does not conform to what was advertised. After six months, you have to prove that the defect already existed at the time of receipt of the product.
