About “The Thread of Pertegaz”
This project, in tribute to Manuel Pertegaz, arises from the collaboration between the Professional Association of Artisans of Aragon and the Textile and Clothing Industries Federation of Aragon. The fruit of this collaboration is 15 costumes inspired by his career, place of origin and work, to pay tribute to the author and the craftsmanship itself.
They were presented in October 2018, in a parade at the Aragón Crafts Center, in which artisanal jewelry was also shown (see Aries collection). They were later exhibited in Zaragoza and then in Teruel.

Koko-Soko in Pertegaz's Thread
Land
The Tierra suit is inspired by Pertegaz's roots, its impact on cinema and certain formal details of its work. Thus, starting from the "Pertegaz neckline", a dress with an antique-cut jacket is developed that takes us back to bygone times, to tradition.
The connection with the earth is reflected in the use of green and earthy tones in the design and with a skirt in which printed roots climb.
Branches made with crystals “grow” on the neck and sleeves, which not only continue to tell the story of the dress but also give it a touch of fantasy that connects it with the cinema and gives it a touch of color, texture and originality. that separate it from a historicist costume and lead it to be something contemporary and in connection with the most exuberant Pertegaz.
Aries Collection
This is Koko-Soko's first exclusive and limited-run collection. All pieces are unique and unrepeatable, and contain old Swarovski crystals, which are no longer manufactured. They are assembled with Japanese glass beads woven together with needle and thread, in a handmade 100% process. They combine with other Swarovski crystals and are finished with gold filled (low gold).
